And I saw the dead, both small and great, standing before his seat of honor. Books were opened, and then another book was opened, the book of life. The fate of the dead was decided by what was written down in the books, according to what they had done.


Each one of you has been given a gift, so use it to serve one another, as a good manager of the many kinds of gifts Creator gives.


But they will have to give an answer to the Great Spirit for what they have done. He stands ready, for both the living and the dead, to decide who has done right and who has done wrong.


Some people’s broken ways are plain to see even before their guilt is decided. The guilt of others becomes clear later on.


Do not neglect the spiritual gift that is in you. This gift came to you through a word of prophecy that was given when the council of elders laid their hands on you to set you in place as a spiritual leader.


For we must all stand before the council seat of the Chosen One and give an answer for what we have done in these earthly bodies—whether good or bad. Then the Chosen One will give back to each of us the honor that is due.


So do not keep deciding these kinds of things ahead of time. Instead, wait until the coming of our Honored Chief. On that day he will shine his light on the things hidden in darkness and make known the plans of all human hearts. The Knower of Hearts will then give to each person whatever honor is due.


The ones who have been chosen for this sacred task must walk it out in a sacred manner, to prove they are worthy of it.


My sacred family members, some who gather at the house of Tender Grass (Chloe) have made it clear to me that there is much conflict among you.


So then, each of us must give an answer to the Great Spirit for how we have walked on this earth.


“You tell me,” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) answered, “who is the wise one, worthy of trust? The uncle who feeds and cares for the family while the elder is away?


“But the Great Spirit said to him, ‘Why are you being so foolish? This is the day you will cross over to death and give an answer for your life. Now who will get the goods you have stored up for yourself?’” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) let the people think about the story, and then he said,


But I tell you, when the day comes for the final decision, human beings will have to give an answer for every worthless word spoken.


“At the end of the day, the headman said to his manager, ‘Bring the workers in from the field and pay them, beginning from last to first.’


He then told the ones who walked the road with him another story: “There was a man with so many possessions, he had to have someone to oversee them all. The rich man was told that his overseer was mishandling his possessions.


“The man said to himself, ‘What will I do? I am too old to dig ditches and too proud to beg from others.’ “Then an idea came to his mind.
