Luke 12:37First Nations VersionWhen he returns and finds them ready, he will take off his chiefly garments, dress himself in servant’s clothes, sit them at his own table, and serve them a great feast. See the chapter |
Then I heard a voice from the spirit-world above saying to me, “Write this down: from this time forward Creator’s blessing will rest on those who die, the ones who will make the ultimate sacrifice for their Honored Chief.” “It is true!” says the Spirit. “The weary will find rest from their troubled path, and what they have done will follow them into the world to come.”
“Who is the greater one?” he asked. “The one who is being served, or the one who serves?” They all hung their heads and would not look him in the eye. “Is it not the one being served?” he responded. “But here I am serving you.” The voice of Creator Sets Free (Jesus) became full of compassion and love. His followers lifted their heads up and looked at their Wisdomkeeper.
