“It is written from the words of the prophets,” he cried out, “‘My lodge will be called a house of prayer for all nations, but you have turned it into a hideout for thieves!’” The ancient prophecies had now found their full meaning, for this was the area of the lodge called Gathering Place for the Nations. It was here that other nations could come to learn about the Great Spirit and his ways. The holy men were keeping the Outside Nations who wanted to learn of Creator’s ways from entering into this Holy Place. They were stealing the ways of the Great Spirit from the nations.


“It is written in the sacred teachings,” he instructed them, “‘My lodge will be called a House of Prayer for all Nations.’” Then his voice rose like the sound of thunder, “‘But you have turned it into a hideout for thieves!’”


“Why were you looking everywhere for me?” he asked. “I thought you would know to look for me here, in my Father’s lodge, doing what he sent me to do.”


Because of their greed, they will use made-up stories to prey on you for their own gain. Their punishment for this that was spoken of long ago is not sleeping. It is still coming and will not fail to bring them to a bad end.


Creator Sets Free (Jesus) made it clear to them, “My Father has been working, so I am working also.”


They keep stirring up trouble between people whose minds have wandered away from the truth. They even think that walking in the ways of the Great Spirit is a path to getting more and more possessions.


“You must let me go,” he said back to her. “I have not yet gone up to the Father. Go to my brothers who walked the road with me and say to them, ‘I am going up to my Father and your Father, to the one who is the Great Spirit and Father of us all.’” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) had chosen to show himself first to a woman, Strong Tears (Mary) from Creator’s High Lodge (Magdala), the one he had set free from seven evil spirits.


My Father gave them to me, and no one can take them from me, because no one is greater than my Father. My sheep are safe in his hands,


He answered them back, “I have no evil spirit. I honor my Father, but you dishonor me.


Creator Sets Free (Jesus) rode into the village and to the sacred lodge. He entered the lodge and began to force out the ones who were selling and buying the ceremonial animals. He then tipped over the tables of the money handlers and the seats of the ones who were selling the ceremonial doves.


“But some ignored the messengers and returned to their work,


So Creator Sets Free (Jesus) took some leather straps and made a whip. He cracked the whip to startle and move the animals, and to drive all the people from the lodge. He tipped over the tables, which scattered their money on the floor.
