So Lover of Horses (Philip) ran to where the man was and overheard him reading from the prophecies of Creator Will Help Us (Isaiah). “Do you understand what you are reading?” Lover of Horses (Philip) asked him.

“You search the Sacred Teachings, for you think they will give you the life of the world to come—but they tell my story.


Keep foolishness far from you and welcome the ways of wisdom, for then you will clearly see the path Creator has chosen for you.


Creator Sets Free (Jesus) then gathered the people around him and said, “Listen with your hearts and understand what I tell you.


“The good ground represents the ones who, when they hear the message, understand it and let it grow in their hearts to produce a harvest, some one hundred times as much, some sixty, and some thirty.”


“The seed in this story is the message from the Great Spirit about his good road. “The seed planted on the village pathway represents the ones who hear but do not understand the message. The evil trickster sneaks up and snatches it from their hearts.


But at our sacred family gatherings it would be better for me to speak five words of instruction that all can understand than to speak ten thousand words in an unknown language.


“When you see the ‘horrible thing that brings destruction’ making its stand where it does not belong—the reader will know what this means—the ones who live in the Land of Promise (Judea) should escape to the mountains.


“When you see the ‘horrible thing that destroys,’ that the prophet Creator Will Decide (Daniel) told about, making its stand against the place that is holy—the reader will understand the meaning—


Then Creator Sets Free (Jesus) asked his followers, “Now do you understand the things I am saying to you?” “Wisdomkeeper,” they said, “we do understand.”


Wisdom is needed here. The one who understands will count the number representing the name of the wild beast. It is the number of a human being, and this one’s number is six hundred sixty-six.


So Lover of Horses (Philip)followed the guidance of the spirit-messenger. He got up and began to go toward the south. While on the road, he came across a man from Eyes of Fire (Ethiopia). He had great authority because he was a trusted official of the female chief of Eyes of Fire (Ethiopia) and managed all her wealth and possessions. This man had traveled to Village of Peace (Jerusalem) to participate in the lodge ceremonies and was returning home. As this man was traveling, he was sitting in a fancy horse-drawn covered wagon and reading from the Sacred Teachings of the prophet Creator Will Help Us (Isaiah).


He knew what they were saying, so he said to them, “What feeds me is to do the will of the one who sent me and to finish his work.


Lover of Horses (Philip) went to a village in High Place (Samaria) and began to tell them about the Chosen One.


The Spirit of Creator said to Lover of Horses (Philip), “Go and walk next to this covered wagon.”


“How can I,” the man answered, “unless someone guides me?” So he welcomed Lover of Horses (Philip) to sit with him.
