While I was with you, I did not ask any of you for help, even though I was in need. Some sacred family members who came from Land of Tall People (Macedonia) gifted me with everything I needed. In this way, I was able to keep myself from becoming a burden to you, and I mean to keep it that way.


If you have given others this right, should we not expect the same? But we have not asked for this right. Instead we have taken this burden on our own shoulders. In this way, nothing will stand in the way of us telling the good story of the Chosen One.


So what honor do I take to myself? It is my honor to tell the good story without expecting anything in return. In this way, I lay down any rights that I could ask for as I tell the good story.


Open your hearts and let us in. We have wronged no one. We have harmed no one. We have cheated no one.


As you know, we did not try to sweet-talk you into giving us your possessions. Creator is our witness.


But as for me, I have not asked for this right, and I am not saying this so you will give it to me. I would rather die than have anyone take away my dignity in this matter.


I counsel you to watch over Creator’s family like a shepherd watching over a flock of sheep. Do this willingly, as Creator wants you to, not to gain more possessions but from an honest desire to serve.


Do we message bearers not have the right to expect food and drink from you?


Was it wrong for me to humble myself by giving you Creator’s good story without charge in order to bless you?


For they went out to make his name known without taking any help from those outside the sacred family.
