This newly formed family continued daily to learn from the twelve message bearers. They lived together in harmony, ate ceremonial meals, and prayed with one another.

To do this, we must never give up on gathering together, as some have. Instead, we should encourage each other, and all the more as you see the day of his appearing coming near.


Bitter Tears (Mary), the mother of Creator Sets Free (Jesus), was there along with some of his brothers. Also many of the honored women were welcomed among them. They were all gathering together, night and day, to send their voices to the Great Spirit.


We are telling you about the things we have seen and heard so that you may share with us the same life we share in harmony with our Father the Great Spirit and his Son, Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One.


But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we will be in harmony with each other as the lifeblood shed by Creator Sets Free (Jesus), the Son of the Great Spirit, cleanses us from all our broken ways.


Each day they gathered at the sacred lodge. With good and pure hearts they feasted together in their homes and shared the ceremonial meal of frybread and wine given to them by Creator Sets Free (Jesus).


It was the first day of the week, when we gather to eat our sacred meal together. Small Man (Paul) was doing the talking because he planned to leave the next day. He was long-winded and kept talking until the middle of the night.


All of this is done by prayer, sending your voice to the Great Spirit, asking him for all that is needed. As you pray with the help of the Spirit, stay alert and keep all of Creator’s holy people in your thoughts, praying for their needs.


But you, my much-loved friends, use your trust in our sacred and spiritual ways to grow even stronger as you pray with the words the Holy Spirit gives you.


When you send your voice to the Great Spirit, stay alert and never give up praying and giving thanks.


Yes, all this is yours as you make your path straight on the road that leads to this hope, trusting in the good story that you have heard. This is the same story that is being told to all in creation who live under the spirit-world above. And I, Small Man (Paul), have dedicated my life to serve this good story.


But you should keep following the ways you have been taught, the teachings you are sure of, for you know who it was who taught you.


the message bearers and prophets of old. Creator Sets Free (Jesus) is the main pole binding us together,


On the way they strengthened the hearts of the new followers, telling them to stand tall as they walked this path of trusting. “Following Creator’s good road to the end,” they counseled them, “is a difficult path with many hardships.”


Then we can give ourselves to prayer and to the teaching of Creator’s message.”


When they finished praying, the place where they had gathered began to rumble and shake. The Holy Spirit filled them with his power, and with brave and strong hearts they began to tell Creator’s Story!


You cannot eat both from the cup of our Honored Chief and from the cup of evil spirits. In the same manner, you cannot eat bread from the ceremonial table of our Honored Chief and from the table of evil spirits.


Let hope make your heart glad. Keep sending your voice to the Great Spirit, even when the road gets hard to walk.


We are not the ones who turn back and lose their way, but we are the ones whose whole beings are kept safe and made whole by trusting in him.


So they sent to them Son of Comfort (Barnabas), a good-hearted man who was full of the Holy Spirit and faith. When he saw Creator’s great kindness at work in them, it made his heart glad. He then spoke wise counsel to them, telling them to have brave hearts and to stand strong, looking to our Honored Chief. There were so many new followers there that Son of Comfort (Barnabas) knew he needed more help.


I have great respect for you. You have never forgotten to hold on to the things I have taught you. You have followed the traditions that I entrusted to you in the same manner that I gave them to you.


Small Man (Paul) went back to the upper room, ate the ceremonial meal with them, and continued speaking until sunrise. He then went on his way,


These false chosen ones were among us, but they did not belong, so they left. If they had truly belonged, they would have remained—but they left, showing that they did not belong.


The Chosen One called you by the gift of his great kindness to walk the road with him. I stand amazed that you would so quickly walk away from him to follow a different good story.


Stands on the Rock (Peter) and He Shows Goodwill (John) went back to their newly formed family and told them what had happened to them and what the council had decided.


So the two men told them what happened on the road and how their eyes were opened when Creator Sets Free (Jesus) broke the frybread into pieces.


When they sat down to eat a meal together, Creator Sets Free (Jesus) took some frybread into his hands. He gave thanks and broke it, giving each of them a piece.


So then, my sacred family members, what if I came to you speaking only in unknown languages? What good would it do you? For unless my words reveal something new, or give deeper understanding, or speak a prophecy, or bring forth a teaching, you will learn nothing.


because from the first day until now we have walked side by side in the telling of the good story.
