Acts 2:33

First Nations Version

He has now returned to his seat of honor at the right hand of the Great Spirit. The Father above has gifted him with the Holy Spirit whom he promised to send. This Spirit has now been poured out upon us like the rain. This is the meaning of what you now see and hear.

For a short time he was made a little lower than the spirit-messengers so that by the gift of Creator’s great kindness, he might taste death for everyone. Because he did this, he has been highly honored with the headdress of a chief.
