They were all bowing down and honoring the fiery-red sea serpent, because it had given power to the wild beast. So they gave honored service to the wild beast, saying, “Who can be compared to the wild beast? Who can make war with it?”
These people keep grumbling and complaining, even as they try to satisfy all of their own broken desires. They speak big, boastful words and use flattery to get what they want from others.
After that Looks Brave (Herod) chose a day to make his decision about this matter. He put on his chiefly regalia and sat down on the Seat of Deciding to speak to the people using many words.
Because Looks Brave (Herod) did not give the honor over to the Great Spirit, a spirit-messenger from Creator struck him down. He was then eaten by worms and crossed over to death.
