Speak with firm words and with an honesty that cannot be spoken against, so that those who oppose will be put to shame, with nothing bad to say about you.
Walk in a good way among those who are outsiders to our spiritual ways. In this way, even though they falsely accuse you of wrongdoing, when they see the good you have done they will give honor to the Great Spirit on the day he comes to visit us.
But these people act without thinking. They are like wild animals born to be captured and killed. They speak against things they know nothing about, but they will be captured in their own cages and come to a bad end.
For even though they knew him as Creator, they did not thank him or give him the honor he deserved. This empty way of thinking took hold of their foolish hearts and led them into darkness.
But these bad-hearted ones speak against things they do not understand. They are like wild beasts who do not think but act only on instinct. These things are taking them to a bad end.
They also have chosen to live out their remaining days in these weak human bodies doing what the Great Spirit wants and not following broken human desires.
He chose me even though I used to speak evil against him. I even hunted down and attacked his followers. But he took pity on me because I did not know what I was doing and did not yet believe who he was.
For it was not that long ago that we were also foolish and misled rebels who let our evil desires rule over us. Some of us were even bad-hearted, jealous troublemakers, hated by others and hating each other.
O you foolish ones who live in Land of Pale Skinned People (Galatia)! Did someone put a spell on you? Was it not clearly shown to you that Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One was put to death on a tree-pole—the cross?
Give your answer to them in a kind and respectful way. Do what you know deep inside to be right, so when outsiders accuse you, they will be put to shame as you walk in a good way following the Chosen One.
