Creator Sets Free (Jesus) spoke to them with sadness in his voice. “My light will shine on you for only a little while longer, so walk in my light before the darkness comes, for the ones who walk in darkness cannot see the path.
For it was not that long ago that we were also foolish and misled rebels who let our evil desires rule over us. Some of us were even bad-hearted, jealous troublemakers, hated by others and hating each other.
The reason for this is that you say, ‘I have acquired great possessions, more than I could ever need.’ But you cannot see that you are to be pitied, for spiritually you are full of misery—poor and blind and naked.
For the ones who do not believe have been blinded in their minds by the evil spirit-ruler of this present world. This blindness keeps them from seeing the light that shines when the good story is told about the beauty of the Chosen One, who is the only one who fully represents the Great Spirit.
and, “His great light has blinded their eyes and his great love has hardened their hearts. If only they would open their hearts to him, then they would see clearly and he would make them whole.”
Even now, when the old peace treaty is being read, it is as if the same cloth also covers their minds and blinds them to the truth. It is only the Chosen One who can remove their blinders and make them see.
The ones who do not walk in these ways are nearsighted and blind to spiritual things, and have forgotten that they were washed clean from their old broken ways.
All who hate others have murder in their hearts, and you know that murderers do not have the life of the world to come that never fades away, remaining in them.
If we say that we love the Great Spirit but hate others, then we are speaking with a forked tongue. If we do not love someone we can see, then how can we love a Creator we cannot see?
