“Now, O Lord, please remember how I have walked before you in faithfulness and with a whole heart, and have done what is good in your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.

Then I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves and come and guard the gates, to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember this also in my favor, O my God, and spare me according to the greatness of your steadfast love.

Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity, and I have trusted in the Lord without wavering.

For your steadfast love is before my eyes, and I walk in your faithfulness.

and said, “O Lord, God of Israel, there is no God like you, in heaven above or on earth beneath, keeping covenant and showing steadfast love to your servants who walk before you with all their heart;

Is not your fear of God your confidence, and the integrity of your ways your hope?

My friends scorn me; my eye pours out tears to God,

My eye wastes away because of grief; it grows weak because of all my foes.

Look away from me, that I may smile again, before I depart and am no more!”

When I told of my ways, you answered me; teach me your statutes!

For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel: “Seek me and live;
