You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who has ever resisted His will?"
The Son of Man indeed is going away just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man through whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better for that man not to have been born."
Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you took, and by lawless hands, nailing Him to a cross, you killed Him;
You will say then, "Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in."
Now if Christ is preached that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
But someone will say, "How are the dead raised? And with what sort of body do they come?"
Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by means of my works.
