Romans 8:35

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?

And I give to them eternal life, and they shall never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.

Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but have courage, I have overcome the world."

strengthening the souls of the disciples, urging them to continue in the faith, saying, "Through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God."

tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that works evil, both of the Jew and of the Greek;

And if children, then heirs--heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer together, so that we may also be glorified together.

But in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Until the present time we both hunger and thirst, and we are naked, and beaten, and homeless.

And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure;

Therefore I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in calamities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For whenever I am weak, then I am strong.

For our momentary light affliction is working out for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,

in everything being oppressed, yet not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;

persecuted, but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed;

and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and a good hope by grace,

For which cause I also suffer these things; but I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I have been persuaded that He is able to guard that which I have committed to Him until that Day.

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and who washed us from our sins in His own blood,
