Romans 3:27

Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. Through what law? Of works? No, but through the law of faith.

He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that does not believe shall be condemned.

He who believes in the Son has eternal life; and he who does not believe the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, "That the man who does those things shall live by them."

And if by grace, it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.

Behold, you are called a Jew, and rest on the law, and boast in God,

You who boast in the law, do you dishonor God through the transgression of the law?

Now we know that as many things as the law says, it speaks to those under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

for a demonstration of His righteousness in the present time, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

For if Abraham was justified by works, he has grounds for boasting, but not before God.

Therefore I find this law, that when I wish to do the right thing, that evil is present with me.

But I see a different law in my members, waging war against the law of my mind, and capturing me by the law of sin which is in my members.

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself with the mind serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and of death.

for the children not yet being born, nor having done anything good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might abide, not of works but of Him who calls,

but Israel, pursuing a law of righteousness, did not attain to the law of righteousness.

Why? Because they did not seek it by faith, but as it were, by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stone of stumbling.

For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? And if you did indeed receive what you have, why do you boast as though you did not receive it?

knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; because no flesh shall be justified by the works of the law.

But the Scripture has confined all under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
