Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own affairs. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

"Because of this I say to you, do not worry about your life--what you shall eat, or what you shall drink--nor about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

Which of you by worrying is able to add one cubit to his stature?

And Jesus answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things.

Give us day by day our daily bread.

Now whenever they bring you to the synagogues and rulers and authorities, do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say.

Then He said to His disciples, "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will wear.

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but have courage, I have overcome the world."

strengthening the souls of the disciples, urging them to continue in the faith, saying, "Through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God."

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition, along with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares about you.
