And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, "It is a ghost!" And they cried out for fear.

And not finding His body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said He was alive.

But being alarmed and becoming fearful, they thought they saw a spirit.

And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.

Then, as they became afraid and bowed their faces to the ground, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead?

But they said to her, "You are mad!" Yet she kept insisting that it was so. So they said, "It is his angel."

And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as if dead. But He put His right hand on me, saying, "Do not fear; I am the First and the Last.
