and neither did Herod, for I sent you back to him; and indeed nothing worthy of death has been done by Him.

At that time Herod the tetrarch heard the report about Jesus,

And Herod said, "John I have beheaded, but who is this about whom I hear such things?" And he was seeking to see Him.
