Then Mary said, "Behold the maidservant of the Lord! May it be to me according to your word." And the angel departed from her.

For with God nothing shall be impossible."

Now Mary rose up in those days and traveled into the hill country with haste, to a city of Judah,

Because He looked upon the lowly state of His maidservant; for behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed.

For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by the servant girl, the other by a freewoman.
