but into the second part the high priest goes alone once during the year, not without blood, which he offers for himself and for the people's sins committed in ignorance;
having been darkened in understanding, being estranged from the life of God, because of the ignorance which is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;
who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices beforehand, in behalf of His own sins and then for the people's, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself.
