And after some days King Agrippa and Bernice arrived in Caesarea and greeted Festus.
and they began to salute Him, "Hail, King of the Jews!"
Now when Festus had set foot in the province, after three days he went up to Jerusalem from Ceasarea.
Then Festus, having talked together with the council, answered, " Have you appealed to Caesar? Before Caesar you shall go!"
But Festus answered that Paul should be kept at Caesarea, and that he was about to go there shortly.
Then Agrippa said to Paul, "It is permitted for you to speak in behalf of yourself." So Paul, having extended his hand, spoke in his own defense:
