And working together with Him, we also urge that you not receive the grace of God in vain.

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!

who, arriving and seeing the grace of God, was glad, and encouraged them all with purpose of heart to continue with the Lord,

Therefore they spent a considerable time there, speaking boldly in the Lord, who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, giving signs and wonders to take place by their hands.

Therefore, brothers, I exhort you through the compassions of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, well pleasing to God, which is your intelligent service.

For we are coworkers with God; you are God's field, you are God's building.

Now I, Paul, myself appeal to you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, I who face to face am lowly among you, but when I am away am bold toward you.

I do not annul the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing."

Have you suffered so many things in vain--If indeed they really were in vain?

Because of this, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to learn about your faith, lest somehow the tempter had tempted you, and our labor be in vain.

For the saving grace of God has appeared to all men,

looking diligently lest anyone fall from the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness growing up cause trouble, and through this many be defiled;

See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape, having refused Him who warned them, how much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who warns from heaven;

Therefore let us fear, lest while the promise remains to enter into His rest, any one of you seems to have fallen short.

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
