The Lord lifted me out of the grave. {\cf2\super [246]} \par He lifted me from that muddy place. {\cf2\super [247]} \par He picked me up,\par put me on solid ground\par and kept my feet from slipping.\par
The Lord put a new song {\cf2\super [248]} in my mouth,\par a song of praise to my God.\par Many people will see what happened to me,\par and they will worship God.\par They will trust the Lord.\par
My followers will call to me for help,\par and I will answer them.\par I will be with them when they have trouble.\par I will rescue them and honor them.\par
\{If this would happen\}, then the king {\cf2\super [294]} would be like a place to hide from the wind and rain. It would be like having streams of water in a dry land. It would be like a cool shadow from a large rock in a hot land.
