Then that servant will begin to beat the other servants. That servant will eat the food and get drunk with other people like him.

People like that are not serving our Lord Christ. They are only doing things to please themselves. They use fancy talk and say nice things to fool the people that don’t know about evil.

\{I know you will be patient,\} because you are even patient with a person who forces you to do things and uses you! You are patient with people that trick you, or think they are better than you, or hit you in the face!

Philippians 3:19

The way these people live is leading them to destruction. They don’t serve God. Those people live only to please themselves. They do shameful things, and they are proud of those things. They think only about earthly things.

1 Peter 5:3

Don’t be like a ruler over those people you are responsible for. But be good examples to those people.
