The grain offerings will belong to Aaron’s sons. It does not make any difference if they are dry or mixed with oil. The sons of Aaron (priests) will all share this food.
The people gave the food to everyone in their family. After the food was measured, there was always enough for every person, but there was never too much. Each person gathered just enough for himself and his family to eat.
Every grain offering belongs to the priest that offers it. That priest will get the grain offerings that were baked in an oven, or cooked on a frying pan or a baking dish.
