Some people that are not Jews will join themselves to the Lord. Those people should not say, “The Lord will not accept me with his people.” A eunuch {\cf2\super [433]} should not say, “I am a dry piece of wood—\{I can’t make any children\}.”
You must not offer to the Lord any animal that is blind, or has broken bones, or is crippled, or has a discharge, [394] or a bad skin disease. You must not offer sick animals on the fire of the Lord’s altar. [395]
If a man’s parents were not legally married, then that man may not join with the men of Israel to worship the Lord. And none of his descendants [142] to the tenth generation—may join in that group!
