But the Lord brought a great storm on the sea. The wind made the sea very rough. The storm was very strong and the boat was ready to break apart.

God made the fire and hail,\par the snow and smoke,\par and all the stormy winds.\par

So Moses raised his walking stick over the land of Egypt, and the Lord caused a strong wind to blow from the east. The wind blew all that day and night. When morning came, the wind had brought the locusts to the land of Egypt.

So the Lord changed the wind. The Lord made a very strong wind blow from the west, and it blew the locusts out of Egypt and into the Red Sea. Not one locust was left in Egypt!

The Lord led the way. During the day, the Lord used a tall cloud to lead the people. And during the night, the Lord used a tall column of fire to lead the way. This fire gave them light so they could also travel at night.

But you blew on them and covered them with the sea. They sank like lead into the deep sea.

When he thunders,\par the water in the skies roar.\par He sends clouds all over the earth.\par He sends lightning with the rain.\par He brings out the wind\par from his storehouses.\par

\{Who am I?\} I am the One who made the mountains. I created your minds. {\cf2\super [56]} I taught people how to speak and I changed the darkness into dawn. I walk over the mountains of the earth. \{Who am I?\} My name is YAHWEH, God of the armies.” {\cf2\super [57]}

Then the Lord made a powerful wind to blow in from the sea. The wind blew quail [164] into that area. The quail flew all around the camp. There were so many quail that the ground was covered. The quail were about three feet deep on the ground. There were quail in every direction as far as a man can walk in one day.
