You don’t know where the wind blows. And you don’t know how a baby grows in its mother’s body. In the same way, you don’t know what God will do—and he makes everything happen.

Then the officials asked Baruch a question. They said, “Tell us, Baruch, where did you get these messages that you wrote on the scroll? Did you write down the things Jeremiah spoke to you?”

The seed begins to grow. It grows night and day. It is not important if the man is sleeping or awake; the seed still grows. The man does not know how the seed grows.

Nicodemus asked, “How can all this be possible?”

Later, Jesus went across Lake Galilee (Lake Tiberias).

The man answered, “The man that people call Jesus made some mud. He put the mud on my eyes. Then Jesus told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went to Siloam and washed. And then I could see.”

So now the Pharisees asked the man, “How did you get your sight?”

But we don’t know why he can see now. We don’t know who healed his eyes. Ask him. He is old enough to answer for himself.”

The Jewish leaders asked, “What did he (Jesus) do to you? How did he heal your eyes?”

Some people said, “Yes! He is the one.” But other people said, “No, he is not the same man. He only looks like him.”

But some person may ask, “How are dead people raised? What kind of body will they have?”
