There are many other things that Jesus did. If every one of these things were written down, I think the whole world would not be big enough for all the books that would be written.
Lord, our God, you have done many wonderful things!\par You have wonderful plans for us.\par No person could list them all!\par I will tell again and again about\par those things\par that are too many to count.\par
Amaziah, a priest at Bethel, {\cf2\super [91]} sent this message to Jeroboam, the king of Israel: “Amos is making plans against you. He is trying to make the people of Israel fight against you. \{He has been speaking so much that\} this country can’t hold all his words.
Blind people are able to see again; crippled people are able to walk again; people that have leprosy {\cf2\super [131]} are healed; deaf people can hear again; dead people are raised from death; and the Good News {\cf2\super [132]} is told to the poor people.
Some people were there and saw what Jesus did. These people told the other people what happened to the man that had the demons {\cf2\super [55]} living in him. And they also told about the pigs.
You know about Jesus from Nazareth. God made him the Christ {\cf2\super [213]} by giving him the Holy Spirit {\cf2\super [214]} and power. Jesus went everywhere doing good things for people. Jesus healed the people that were ruled by the devil. This showed that God was with Jesus.
I always showed you that you should work like I did and help people that are weak. I taught you to remember the words of the Lord Jesus. Jesus said, ‘You will be happier when you give than when you receive.’”
Do I need to give you more examples? I don’t have enough time to tell you about Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets. {\cf2\super [156]}
