God sends his lightning\par to flash across the whole sky.\par It flashed all over the earth.\par

God can see to the very ends of the earth.\par God sees everything under the sky.\par

God decided where to send the rain,\par and where the thunderstorms should go.\par

God fills the clouds with water,\par and scatters those thunderclouds.\par

God orders the clouds\par to blow all around the earth.\par The clouds do whatever God commands.\par

Then after the lightning flashes,\par God’s roaring voice can be heard.\par God thunders with his wonderful voice!\par While the lightning flashes,\par God’s voice thunders.\par

Job, did you ever tell the morning light\par to grab the earth\par and shake the evil people\par out of their hiding places?\par

Can you give a command to the lightning?\par Will it come to you and say,\par ‘Here we are.\par What do you want, sir?’\par Will it go wherever you want it to go?\par

God, your ways are holy.\par God, no one is great like you are.\par

His lightning flashes in the sky.\par The people see it and are afraid.\par

God will raise this “flag” as a sign for all people. The people of Israel and Judah were forced to leave their country. The people were scattered to all the faraway places on earth. But God will gather them together.

When the Son of Man {\cf2\super [375]} comes, he will be seen by all people. It will be like lightning flashing in the sky that can be seen everywhere.

Then God’s temple {\cf2\super [89]} in heaven was opened. The Holy Box of the Agreement {\cf2\super [90]} \{that God gave to his people\} could be seen in his temple. Then there were flashes of lightning, noises, thunder, an earthquake, and a great hailstorm.
