Listen everyone!\par God’s voice sounds like thunder.\par Listen to the thundering sound\par that comes from God’s mouth.\par

The Lord thundered from the sky! God Most High let his voice be heard.

God decided where to send the rain,\par and where the thunderstorms should go.\par

No person can understand\par how God spreads the clouds out\par or how the thunder rumbles in the sky.\par

The thunder warns that a storm is coming.\par

“The thunder and lightning frighten me,\par my heart pounds in my chest.\par

Then after the lightning flashes,\par God’s roaring voice can be heard.\par God thunders with his wonderful voice!\par While the lightning flashes,\par God’s voice thunders.\par

God’s thundering voice is wonderful!\par He does great things\par that we can’t understand.\par

Then the Lord spoke to Job from a whirlwind. God said:

Are your arms as strong as God’s arm?\par Do you have a voice like God’s voice\par that can sound loud like thunder?\par

But you gave the command,\par and the water rushed away.\par God, you shouted at the water,\par and the water rushed away.\par

When he thunders,\par the water in the skies roar.\par He sends clouds all over the earth.\par He sends lightning with the rain.\par He brings out the wind\par from his storehouses.\par
