I also saw other things in this life {\cf2\super [36]} that were not fair: The fastest runner does not always win the race; the strongest army does not always win the battle; the wisest man does not always get the food he earns; the smartest man does not always get the wealth; and an educated person does not always get the praise he deserves. When the time comes, bad things happen to everyone!
They will throw their silver \{idols\} into the streets. They will treat their gold \{statues\} like dirty rags! Why? Because those things will not be able to save them when the Lord shows his anger. Those things were nothing but a trap that caused the people to fall (sin). Those things will not give food to the people and they won’t put food in their bellies.
Now, when you hear the sound of the horns, flutes, lyres, {\cf2\super [32]} sambucas, {\cf2\super [33]} harps, bagpipes, {\cf2\super [34]} and all the other musical instruments, you must bow down and worship the gold idol. If you are ready to worship the idol I have made, that will be good. But if you don’t worship it, you will be thrown very quickly into the hot furnace. Then no god will be able to save you from my power!”
