The ruler must give an ephah {\cf2\super [452]} of grain offering with the bull, and an ephah of grain offering with the ram. As for the grain offering with the lambs, the ruler can give as much as he wants. But he must give 1 hin {\cf2\super [453]} of olive oil for each ephah {\cf2\super [454]} of grain.

“At the feasts and other special meetings, an ephah {\cf2\super [455]} of grain offering must be offered with each young bull. And an ephah of grain offering must be offered with each ram. [206] He must take 8 cups [207] of fine flour mixed with oil. This flour will be used for a grain offering. The person must take 2/3 of a pint [208] of olive oil

“On the first day of each month you will offer a special burnt offering to the Lord. This offering will be 2 male bulls, 1 ram, and 7 lambs that are one year old. There must be nothing wrong with them.

Each man should give as much as he can. He should decide how much to give by thinking about how much the Lord has given him.
