“The ruler will offer burnt offerings to the Lord on the Sabbath. {\cf2\super [447]} He must provide six lambs that have nothing wrong with them, and a ram {\cf2\super [448]} that has nothing wrong with it.

The ruler must provide the burnt offerings, the grain offerings, and the drink offerings for the feast days, for the New Moons, for the Sabbaths, and for all the special feasts of the family of Israel. The ruler must give all the sin offerings, grain offerings, burnt offerings, and fellowship offerings that are used to make the family of Israel pure.”

Ezekiel 45:22

At that time, the ruler will offer a bull for himself and for all the people of Israel. The bull will be for a sin offering.

Numbers 28:14

The drink offering will be 2 quarts [336] of wine with each bull, 1 1/4 quarts [337] of wine with the ram, and 1 quart [338] of wine with each lamb. That is the burnt offering that must be offered each and every month of the year.
