Put four rows of beautiful jewels on the Judgment Pouch. The first row of jewels should have a ruby, a topaz, and a beryl.

Cut the names of the sons of Israel on these stones. Do this the way a worker makes a seal. [244] Put the jewels in gold settings.

The Judgment Pouch should be folded double to make a square {pocket}. It should be 1 span [248] long and 1 span wide.

The second row should have a turquoise, a sapphire, and an emerald.

“Take two onyx stones. Write the names of the twelve sons of Israel (Jacob) on these jewels.

Gold and jewels can make a man rich. But a person who knows what he is talking about is worth much, much more.

You were in Eden,\par the Garden of God.\par You had every precious stone—\par rubies, topaz, and diamonds;\par beryls, onyx, and jasper;\par sapphires, turquoise, and emeralds.\par And each of these stones was set in gold.\par You were given this beauty\par on the day you were created.\par \{God\} made you strong.\par

You have taught wrong things. And those wrong teachings made the Lord very sad. You taught that God likes people that do bad things. You said God thinks those people are good. And you taught that God does not punish people for doing bad things.
