Ephesians 1:4Easy To Read VersionIn Christ, God chose us before the world was made. God chose us in love to be his holy people {\cf2\super [4]} —people with no wrong in us before him. See the chapter |
But God’s strong foundation {\cf2\super [14]} continues to be the same. These words are written on that foundation: “The Lord knows those people who belong to him.” {\cf2\super [15]} Also, these words are written on that foundation: “Every person who says that he believes in the Lord must stop doing wrong.”
The animal that you saw was once \{alive\}. But that animal is not \{alive\} now. But that animal will \{be alive and\} come up out of the bottomless pit and go away to be destroyed. The people that live on the earth will be amazed when they see the animal. They will be amazed because he was once \{alive\}, is not \{alive\} now, but will come again. These are the people whose names have never been written in the book of life since the beginning of the world.
