Then you came back and cried to the Lord for help. But the Lord refused to listen to you.

If a person does not care about God,\par then there is no hope for that person\par when he dies.\par That person has no hope\par when God takes his life away.\par

That evil person will have troubles,\par and he will cry to God for help.\par But God won’t listen to him!\par

My heart was pure,\par so my Master listened to me.\par

Whenever God killed some of them,\par the others would turn back to him.\par They would come running back to God.\par

You turned away and ignored all of my advice. You refused to accept my words.

We all know that God does not listen to sinners. But God will listen to a person that worships and obeys him.

You remember that after Esau did this, he wanted to get his father’s blessing. Esau wanted that blessing so much that he cried. But his father refused to give him the blessing, because Esau could find no way to change the thing he had done.
