Then some men came \{to Antioch\} from Judea. They began teaching the non-Jewish brothers: “You cannot be saved if you are not circumcised. {\cf2\super [296]} Moses taught us to do this.”
Some of the believers \{in Jerusalem\} had belonged to the Pharisees. {\cf2\super [301]} They stood up and said, “The non-Jewish believers must be circumcised. {\cf2\super [302]} We must tell them to obey the law of Moses!”
Jesus (the one that is also called Justus) also says hello. These are the only Jewish believers who work with me for the kingdom of God. They have been a comfort to me.
There are many people who refuse to obey—people who talk about worthless things and lead other people into the wrong way. I am talking mostly about those people who say that all non-Jewish people must be circumcised. {\cf2\super [6]}
