“On that day, the mountains will drip\par with sweet wine.\par The hills will flow with milk.\par And water will flow through all\par the empty rivers of Judah.\par A fountain will come from\par the Lord’s temple. {\cf2\super [35]} \par It will give water to Acacia Valley.\par
“I baptize {\cf2\super [41]} you with water to show that you changed your hearts and lives. But there is a person coming later that is greater than I am. I am not good enough to take off his shoes for him. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit {\cf2\super [42]} and with fire.
John answered everyone, “I baptize {\cf2\super [54]} you in water, but there is a person coming later who can do more than I can. I am not good enough to untie his shoes for him. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit {\cf2\super [55]} and with fire.
Even I did not know who he was. But I came baptizing {\cf2\super [22]} people with water so that Israel (the Jews) could know that Jesus is \{the Christ\} {\cf2\super [23]} .”
Paul said, “John told people to be baptized {\cf2\super [379]} to show they wanted to change their lives. John told people to believe in the One who would come after him. That person is Jesus.”
Some of us are Jews and some of us are Greeks (non-Jews); some of us are slaves and some of us are free. But we were all baptized {\cf2\super [86]} into one body through one Spirit. {\cf2\super [87]} And we were all given {\cf2\super [88]} the one Spirit.
