Then Solomon sent a message to Hiram. Hiram was the king of the city of Tyre. Solomon said, “Help me like you helped my father David. You sent wood to him from cedar trees so he could build a house for himself to live in.

The priests offered burnt offerings in the Lord’s temple every day while Jehoiada was alive.

The three yearly holidays were the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the Festival of Weeks, and the Festival of Shelters.

Ezra 6:3

During Cyrus’ first year as king, Cyrus gave an order about the temple of God in Jerusalem. The order said:
