NOW we that are stronger, ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak. I became all things to all men, that I might save all.

Wherefore receive one another, as Christ also hath received you unto the honour of God.

It is good not to eat flesh, and not to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother is offended, or scandalized, or made weak.

If any man come to you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into the house nor say to him, God speed you.

And he was not weak in faith; neither did he consider his own body now dead, whereas he was almost an hundred years old, nor the dead womb of Sara.

It were better for him, that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should scandalize one of these little ones.

And immediately Jesus stretching forth his hand took hold of him, and said to him: O thou of little faith, why didst thou doubt?

The bruised reed he shall not break: and smoking flax he shall not extinguish: till he send forth judgment unto victory.

The bruised reed he shall not break, and smoking flax he shall not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.

He shall feed his flock like a shepherd. He shall gather together the lambs with his arm and shall take them up in his bosom, and he himself shall carry them that are with young.

Behold, thou hast taught many, and thou hast strengthened the weary hands.

I will seek that which was lost: and that which was driven away, I will bring again: and I will bind up that which was broken, and I will strengthen that which was weak, and that which was fat and strong I will preserve: and I will feed them in judgment.

The weak you have not strengthened, and that which was sick you have not healed, that which was broken you have not bound up, and that which was driven away you have not brought again, neither have you sought that which was lost: but you ruled over them with rigour, and with a high hand.

Receive him therefore with all joy in the Lord; and treat with honour such as he is.

Amen, amen I say to you, he that receiveth whomsoever I send, receiveth me; and he that receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me.

See that you despise not one of these little ones: for I say to you, that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

For behold I will raise up a shepherd in the land, who shall not visit what is forsaken, nor seek what is scattered, nor heal what is broken, nor nourish that which standeth, and he shall eat the flesh of the fat ones, and break their hoofs.

Because it entereth not into his heart, but goeth into the belly, and goeth out into the privy, purging all meats?

For kindling a fire, they refreshed us all, because of the present rain, and of the cold.

For if the loss of them be the reconciliation of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

For one believeth that he may eat all things: but he that is weak, let him eat herbs.

Let not him that eateth, despise him that eateth not: and he that eateth not, let him not judge him that eateth. For God hath taken him to him.

And we beseech you, brethren, rebuke the unquiet, comfort the feeble minded, support the weak, be patient towards all men.

But strong meat is for the perfect; for them who by custom have their senses exercised to the discerning of good and evil.
