Unto the end, a psalm of David. Lord, thou hast proved me, and known me:
Alleluia of the returning of Aggeus and Zacharias. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord: he shall delight exceedingly in his commandments.
Declare his glory among the Gentiles: his wonders among all people.
What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, I will pray also with the understanding; I will sing with the spirit, I will sing also with the understanding.
His lightnings have shone forth to the world: the earth saw and trembled.

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent to minister for them, who shall receive the inheritance of salvation?
Speaking to yourselves in psalms, and hymns, and spiritual canticles, singing and making melody in your hearts to the Lord;
And Paul said: I knew not, brethren, that he is the high priest. For it is written: Thou shalt not speak evil of the prince of thy people.
Thou shalt not speak ill of the gods: and the prince of thy people thou shalt not curse.
I will give praise to thee, O Lord, with my whole heart: I will relate all thy wonders.
