And he poured it upon Aaron's head: and he anointed and consecrated him.

And thou shalt pour the oil of unction upon his head: and by this rite shall he be consecrated.

Ointment and perfumes rejoice the heart: and the good counsels of a friend are sweet to the soul.

To wit, a bell of gold, and a pomegranate, wherewith the high priest went adorned, when he discharged his ministry, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

And thou shalt make incense compounded by the work of the perfumer: well tempered together, and pure, and most worthy of sanctification.
