A wise man is strong: and a knowing man, stout and valiant.
It is good that thou shouldst hold up the just, yea and from him withdraw not thy hand: for he that feareth God, neglecteth nothing.

Because war is managed by due ordering: and there shall be safety where there are many counsels.
Or with what counsel or strength dost thou prepare for war? On whom dost thou trust, that thou art revolted from me?
