And a path and a way shall be there, and it shall be called the holy way: the unclean shall not pass over it. And this shall be unto you a straight way, so that fools shall not err therein.

And thy ears shall hear the word of one admonishing thee behind thy back: This is the way; walk ye in it: and go not aside neither to the right hand, nor to the left.

Arms and swords are in the way of the perverse: but he that keepeth his own soul departeth far from them.

The slothful man saith: There is a lion in the way, and a lioness in the roads.

The slothful man saith: There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the midst of the streets.

They are right to them that understand, and just to them that find knowledge.

In all thy ways think on him, and he will direct thy steps.

A passionate man stirreth up strifes: he that is patient appeaseth those that are stirred up.

A wise son maketh a father joyful: but the foolish man despiseth his mother.

Go to the ant, O sluggard, and consider her ways, and learn wisdom:

The justice of the upright shall make his way prosperous: and the wicked man shall fall by his own wickedness.
