In the joy of the just there is great glory: when the wicked reign, men are ruined.

So let all thy enemies perish, O Lord: but let them that love thee shine, as the sun shineth in his rising.

When the wicked rise up, men shall hide themselves: when they perish, the lust shall be multiplied.

He shall clasp his hands upon him, and shall hiss at him, beholding his place.

And she began the song to them, saying: Let us sing to the Lord, for he is gloriously magnified: the horse and his rider he hath thrown into the sea.

And when she saw the king standing upon the step in the entrance, and the princes, and the companies about him, and all the people of the land rejoicing, and sounding with trumpets, and playing on instruments of divers kinds, and the voice of those that praised, she rent her garments, and said: Treason, treason.

And all the people of the land rejoiced, and the city was quiet: but Athalia was slain with the sword.

And the heavens and the earth and all things that are in them shall give praise for Babylon: for spoilers shall come to her from the north, saith the Lord.
