But if it remained over the tabernacle for two days or a month or a longer time, the children of Israel remained in the same place, and marched not. But immediately as soon as it departed, they removed the camp.

Let all the earth fear the Lord, and let all the inhabitants of the world be in awe of him.

And eating together with them, he commanded them, that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but should wait for the promise of the Father, which you have heard (saith he) by my mouth.

Who givest salvation to kings: who hast redeemed thy servant David from the malicious sword:

that thy beloved may be delivered. Save with thy right hand and hear me.

Because he struck the rock, and the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed. Can he also give bread, or provide a table for his people?

This way of theirs is a stumbling-block to them: and afterwards they shall delight in their mouth.

And when the cloud that covered the tabernacle was taken up, then the children of Israel marched forward: and in the place where the cloud stood still, there they camped.

And Moses and Aaron and all the multitude of the children of Israel did with the Levites all that the Lord had commanded Moses.

And the children of Israel did according to all things which the Lord had commanded Moses.

And Moses reared it up, and placed the boards and the sockets and the bars, and set up the pillars.

The children of Israel offered as the Lord had commanded.

If the cloud tarried from evening until morning, and immediately at break of day left the tabernacle, they marched forward. And if it departed after a day and a night, they took down their tents.
