Not serving to the eye, as it were pleasing men, but, as the servants of Christ doing the will of God from the heart,

Who, when he was come, and had seen the grace of God, rejoiced: and he exhorted them all with purpose of heart to continue in the Lord.

Except Caleb the son of Jephone: for he shall see it, and to him I will give the land that he hath trodden upon, and to his children, because he hath followed the Lord.

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy whole soul, and with thy whole strength.

My son, give me thy heart: and let thy eyes keep my ways.

Shall not enter into the land, over which I lifted up my hand to make you dwell therein: except Caleb the son of Jephone, and Josue the son of Nun.
