Brethren, do not become children in sense: but in malice be children, and in sense be perfect.

Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves.

Who is as the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high:

And it came to pass, that when the Jews that dwelt by them came and told us ten times, out of all the places from whence they came to us:

And I sent messengers to them, saying: I am doing a great work, and I cannot come down, lest it be neglected whilst I come and go down to you.
