A going away again, he prayed, saying the same words.
For which thing thrice I besought the Lord, that it might depart from me.
And when you are praying, speak not much, as the heathens. For they think that in their much speaking they may be heard.
AND he spoke also a parable to them, that we ought always to pray, and not to faint,
Watch ye, and pray that you enter not into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
And when he returned, he found them again asleep, (for their eyes were heavy,) and they knew not what to answer him.
Who in the days of his flesh, with a strong cry and tears, offering up prayers and supplications to him that was able to save him from death, was heard for his reverence.
