But yet behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.

In the daytime the Lord hath commanded his mercy; and a canticle to him in the night. With me is prayer to the God of my life.

Jesus answered: He it is to whom I shall reach bread dipped. And when he had dipped the bread, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.

They that were sometime my counsellors have abhorred me: and he whom I love most is turned against me.

And when evening was come, he cometh with the twelve.
